A certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, and group fitness coach, she provides virtual personal training and has experience coaching boutique fitness and instructing yoga classes. She holds certifications in Orangetheory Fitness Lift45 and OTFit, as well as being a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), and she has completed TRX Group Fitness and Suspension Trainer Certifications, along with being an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Haley Hansen
Haley Hansen is a licensed Physical Therapist specializing in neurological rehabilitation. She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and a B.S. in Biological Systems Engineering (Biomedical Engineering). She has extensive experience improving her patients' functional mobility through targeted interventions focused on strength, balance, and movement enhancement.
With several years of experience in teaching group fitness classes, including strength training and kickboxing, she also coaches fitness and nutrition programs. Currently, Haley is developing a fitness program tailored specifically for women. In her spare time, she enjoys cheering on the Nebraska Husker football and volleyball teams, hiking, and spending quality time with her husband, two young children, and dogs.
